I started drawing as early as kindergarten such as doodling mega zords and to stick figures of my family, started branching out to cartoons in second grade.
What art school did you attend?
I attended the Art and Design High School in Manhattan. My talents are mostly self-taught but with the exception of some lessons learned from other schools.

What's your favorite item which brings inspiration to you?
I like to take inspiration from everything but my favorite source is cartoons. I'm a big kid at heart.

ACP Event at Zürcher Studio Dec 10
Last Wednesday, night I attended the Artlog's ACP members gathered at Zürcher Studio on the Lower East Side for a private holiday party with young patrons from the Museum of Arts and Design. Ákos Birkás' solo show had opened the previous night, and the Hungarian artist's luminous paintings dominated the space.
In an informal Q&A with Gwenolee Zürcher, Birkás described switching to figurative painting after twenty years of abstraction: "Like leaving one woman for another - difficult when you have children, abstract children." Throughout the evening, members mingled, enjoyed the open bar, and, in keeping with the holiday spirit, took home gift bags from Club Monaco.

SWABYCHIC: GREAT SCOTT
Who is “Great Scott” also known as Scott McKenzie?
Great $cott is a man that wanted to be greater than his father. Scott Spears.
Scott is a man who will inspires before he expire and showing your world you can turn your dreams into reality and that reality into the perfect salary.
What are your greatness fears...if any exist?
We all have fears. Your mind is mentally not growing if you dont have any.
I want my wealth to be within my heart and mind first then my pocket.
How did you get involved in fashion, and art?
The Fugees inspired me, and my career started with the Fugees in the booga basement.
What would be a word of wisdom you would express to our younger generation?
If you can't be used then you’re useless.
Where do you see yourself in the next four years?
In the next four years, I see myself having more companies under my belt. Also, I have plans to save up for an island and have kids.

HAPPY NEW YEARS from SWABYCHIC!
Here's a shoot I did with Kwame Brimpong:
We found some cool spots to shoot at an old junk car yard in South New Jersey. It was very chilly but we wanted to get these shots just right. I have a cold now probably as a result of this shoot but it was worth it!

Time flies, so let's Create.
